teens and adult internet users

The internet use of teens and adults have similarities and differences.
I think that growing up, when I was younger I may have used the internet a lot differently than my parents did but now I think we definitely use the internet in the same ways. Back then, the only thing I used the computer for was to chat with my friends on AOL instant messenger. I don't even remember looking stuff up online, I would only be talking with friends all the time. Now, I know that my parents and I both have the internet on our cell phones, so we are usually checking emails, and looking up random information all the time.
